I'm keeping a tight hold on this one.
I'm so happy that I'm laughing out loud. And now I'm crying. With tears. Gosh, pregnancy really sucks sometimes. Emotional landslide this was.
Saturday morning I was overcome with the desire to write. I eagerly opened my blog only to find that it had been disabled. Puzzled, I read on. It was accused of being a SpamBlog by one of Blogger's automatic trackers and then shut down. I checked my livinginaworld@gmail.com account that I use for this blog only, and there it is, my official email dated Dec 28, 2008. Big bold print, "Click on this link within 20 days or your account will be deleted!" It had already been nearly 40 days. Panic overcame me.
I waited anxiously all weekend, while continuing to click on the above mentioned link. This evening, when I saw the issue still had not been resolved. I clicked on the link again. Nothing.
I was venting to Mike, who suggested I keep clicking... at least 100-150 times he said. So I did. Not THAT many, but one more time. And there it was. Instead of the message I had been seeing all these days, "Your blog has been disabled", the link opened my blog!
!!!!
Then I started to cry.
If only I could reach into my computer, wrap my arms around my blog, and give it a tight squeeze.
For now I'll just sit here with tear stains on my cheeks.
